Macadamia Nut Fudge Brownies by Glenn Moehlin
Recipe: makes 1/2 sheet pan
1 1/2 cups melted butter
3 cups sugar
1 Tbls. vanilla
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
chopped macadamia nuts
Melt butter, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together, then
add and mix till smooth. Add mac.nuts, mix and pour
into greased and floured pan, spread evenly.
350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Toothpick
should come out clean. Be careful not to over bake
or they will dry out.
I like to cut out with bisquit cutter and serve with
whipped cream and a strawberry on top, drizzle with
