Wild Alaskan Low Bush Cranberry Zucchini Bread

6 cups flour
3 cups Sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3c. vegetable oil
8ea. eggs
4 cups zucchini (shredded)
2 cups low bush cranberries
1 1/2 cups walnuts (chopped)

Place all dry ingrdients into Kitchen Aid mixer
and blend together. Add remaining ingredients and
mix until fully incorperated. Pour into greased bread
pan and bake in preheated oven.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 35 minutes.
Yields 2 loaves.  Enjoy! :)
